Brea, Calif. — Reservations are now open for the 25th Anniversary Edition of the Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycle.
Customers looking to purchase this third generation sportbike can call participating dealerships starting July 17.
While Suzuki has largely rested on its laurels these past several years, the Hayabusa has remained large and in charge most notably winning the 2020 MotoGP World Championship, under the command of none other than Joan Mir.
That following spring, Suzuki introduced the third generation of the Hayabusa with a refreshing, ground-up overhaul that many considered to be long overdue.
The sportbike that popularized the ‘crotch rocket’ culture and outrageous customization frenzy featuring billet wheels, outside drive swingarms, LED effects, and so many custom airbrushed fairings just to name a few common upgrades. The love affair with the Busa in the mid 2000s was unrivaled among sportbike riders.
Suzuki is once again here to proclaim that, like the falcon for which it is named, the Hayabusa is set to soar high once more.
The 25th Anniversary Edition Hayabusa arrives in a striking and special Glass Blaze Orange & Glass Sparkle Black color combination, reminiscent of one of the most popular Gen II model’s color palettes set off with special red accents. This stunning appearance is enhanced with a range of features unique to this special 25th Anniversary Edition.

Features of the 2024, 25th Anniversary Ed. Hayabusa include:
- Unique 25th Anniversary emblem and raised Suzuki logos featured on the fuel tank
- Elegant 25th Anniversary logos etched on mufflers
- Distinctive gloss black cowling trim
- Gold-anodized brake rotor carriers and drive chain adjusters
- The Hayabusa Kanji logo is applied to drive chain plates
- Single-seat cowling is included as standard equipment.
“The Gen 3 Hayabusa has been a tremendous sales success for our dealers and extremely well received by fans of this legendary model,” said Kerry Graeber, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Suzuki. “This beautiful anniversary version, drawing its inspiration from one of the Hayabusa’s most memorable color combinations… will appeal to the next generation of Hayabusa fans.”
Fans of the Busa should not wait long if they want to own their own commemorative 25th anniversary bike, only a limited number will be produced, and few, if any, will be delivered to dealer showrooms that have not already been presold.
“We encourage anybody that wants one to see their dealer immediately to ensure they’re on the reservation list,” said Graeber.
The 25th Anniversary Ed. Hayabusa MSRP is $19,599 and will be arrive at dealerships in early fall 2023.
