Salt Lake City, Utah β€” Jett Lawrence capped off a dominant season by clinching his first-ever AMA Supercross 450SX Championship title at Rice-Eccles Stadium Saturday. The Aussie from Team Honda HRC entered his final round with a commanding 20-point lead, needing only a respectable finish to secure the championship.

While he finished seventh in the race itself, it was a comfortable position to solidify his rank atop the leaderboard with a fifteen point lead ahead of his rival, Cooper Webb (Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing).

This victory marks the culmination of a remarkable season for Lawrence. He dominated throughout the year, collecting eight race wins and ten podium finishes. This championship adds to his growing list of accolades, following his Pro Motocross win in 2023 and the inaugural SuperMotocross World Championship title.

With this achievement, Lawrence cements himself as a rising star in the world of Supercross and only the third rookie in history to take the 450SX title.
