Polaris has determined that some model year 2022 Outlaw 110 EFI ATVs may have a flaw in the inner layer of the fuel line, which can result in a fuel leak, posing a potential fire hazard.
Two instances of fuel leaks have been reported by customers, but Polaris is not aware of any reports of fire or personal injury associated with this concern.
Polaris estimates 1,200 vehicles are affected globally, and advises owners to stop using or riding this vehicle until it can be inspected and/or repaired by a certified Polaris dealer.
Consumers should contact a Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair, including the installation of a new fuel line. Polaris has notified consumers to stop riding the vehicles, and will be contacting all registered owners directly to provide more details about the repair.
Polaris urges consumers to not attempt any repairs themselves.
