The Sled Who Loved Me, or: The French Canadian Connection – Ski-Doo’s 007 Snowmobile

Something special is parked in the 007 Museum in Sweden. Or, it was, until the museum staff brought it out to play for this photo!

In 2003, Die Another Day, the 20th James Bond film, began showing in theatres around the globe. That same year, you could also lay claim to one of these special Ski-Doo MX Z-REV 800 “007 Edition” snowmobiles!

Only 52 were ever made, with some retailing over the $11,249 CAD suggested retail. In the silver and red trim, this machine looks all the more likely one for Bond to ride on, compared to the bright, 𝘚𝘬π˜ͺ-π˜‹π˜°π˜° 𝘺𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 MX Z-REV zipped across Iceland by Pierce Brosnan himself in the film.

The 007 Museum is located in Nybro, Sweden, and features dozens of displays in tribute to the globe trotting spy, including props from films, a 1962 Jaguar E-Type from Casino Royale, a BMW Z3 from Goldeneye, and even a champagne bar (pouring Bollinger, of course).
