UPDATE 1/20/23: Honda has recently expanded their recall to include 2,000 additional model year 2021 Talon UTVs, for a total of 34,000 recalled vehicles since March 2022.
The Honda Motor Company of America has issued a recall on 32,000 Honda Talons manufactured between 2019 and 2021.
Honda has received 16 reports of loose intake funnel band screws entering the engine, resulting in engine damage or failure. They also received one report of a loss of control, resulting in a crash with minor injuries to the occupants.

Honda states consumers should immediately stop using the recalled recreational off-highway vehicles and contact an authorized Honda Powersports dealer to schedule an appointment for a free inspection and repair.
Owners of the affected vehicles will be issued a notice of this recall in short order.
